INITIATE A RETURN
Return via contact form , or call us if you have any questions. Please note that pharmaceutical products, approved drugs or medicines, food items and drinks are not covered by our return policy. Additionally, the return cost will be borne by customer except in cases where the wrong product was delivered.
 
 
Deliver your item to local courier
Return to any local courier service in your location to begin return process to product Vendor.
 
 
RETURN THE ITEM
Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels or freebies. Contact JFieekG.com in advance to determine return destination and provide Tracking Number given to you by shipping service provider. 
 
 
REFUND PROCESSED
Once the supplier receivea your returned item, the seller will inspect it and process your refund via voucher or bank transfer depending on your selected option, and this cannot be changed after option has been registered by our Customer Service team. All returns will be completed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) days and will entail the difference of the cost of return to seller.
